Registration Information

Please create one account per person, if you need to change your session choices, you may go back into your account to do so. However, if you choose to cancel your registration, there are no refunds.

WHAT DOES THE REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDE?
Registration is all inclusive. Lodging in MTSU dormitories, meals, art supplies and other materials consumed during sessions are included in the fee. Attendees who prefer to stay off campus at a nearby hotel will be provided a conference-only registration rate.

LODGING
Dormitories on the MTSU campus are available and included in the registration fee based on double occupancy. A limited number of single rooms are available for an additional fee of $50 per person. Included in the registration fee is one linen pack per participant, which includes sheets, pillowcase, pillow, blanket, mattress cover, two towels and one washcloth. Participants may may wish to bring additional towels.

REGISTRATION FEES
Several types of registration fees are offered. Please read through each description carefully before making a selection as NO REFUNDS will be given.

General Registration ($239 double or $289 for single): Includes three nights dorm lodging (July 15-17th) based on double occupancy and all meals beginning with the Sunday evening Welcome dinner and concluding with lunch on Wednesday, July 18th.

Group Registration ($179): For schools bringing 5 or more individuals (all individuals must be employed by the same school), a team rate of $179/person will charged and includes lodging (double occupancy) and meals as specified under General Registration. PRIOR to registering, schools seeking a team rate must contact the TN Arts Commission to receive a Discount Code. Call Ann Brown at (615) 532-5939 or email ann.brown@tn.gov

Commuter Registration ($139 or $99): Commuter rate does not include lodging. The $139 rate includes all meals. The $99 includes the Welcome dinner and three lunches.

Administrator Track ($50): One day only, Tuesday July 17th. Includes 1 meal.
