TIMELINE FOR INDIVIDUAL ARTIST FELLOWSHIPS

July 1 Fellowship award and denial letters are mailed to all applicants. If awarded a fellowship your letter will include two contracts, two invoices, a Substitute W-9 form, and an ACH direct deposit form. If you do not receive a letter by July 15, call the appropriate program director.
July 1 – August 1

Deadline for sending back both signed contracts & invoices, Substitute W-9 form and ACH direct deposit form.

When your materials have been received, you will have completed the closeout of your fellowship and your funds will be sent to you.
