Strategic Plan
Talk To Me Tennessee, represents over two years of planning and development involving thousands of Tennesseans. Central to producing a strategic plan that will guide the work of the Tennessee Arts Commission over the next five years, was to first develop a process of listening. We wanted to hear the stories, ideas, and concerns of the citizens throughout the state. We wanted to hear about cultural experiences and opportunities from constituents served by the Commission and invited suggestions on how to improve our services and how they are delivered. More importantly, we wanted to engage in conversation with those we do not serve and to begin a constructive dialogue on how to begin. We listened...and this strategic plan is our response. We are delighted to share it with you.
