Michael Sneed

Tennessee filed suit against Michael Sneed contending that he had misrepresented himself as a lawyer licensed to practice within the State and had accepted money for legal services in violation of the unauthorized practice of law statutes and Tennessee Consumer Protection Act. An Agreed Order for Temporary Injunction was secured in which Sneed agreed to cease his unlicensed practice. Sneed did not produce the financial records due under the Agreed Order, so the State filed a Motion to Compel.
