  • MEETING NOTICE: The Commission Hearings and Meetings that were scheduled for May 20th and May 21st have been canceled due to flooding.
  • Announcement: We Have Moved!
    • We have moved to the 8th floor of the Andrew Johnson Building located at 710 James Robertson Parkway.
    • The cashier's office for any licensee wanting to pay in person remains in the Davy Crockett Tower located at 500 James Robertson Parkway.
    • The mailing address for this board remains the same as listed on the right side of this page under Contact Information.
    • We apologize for any inconvenience our move may cause.
  • ATTENTION: Be advised, even if you are located in another state, if you advertise, solicit, sell or otherwise provide any of the services described in Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 62, Chapter 26, or Title 62, Chapter 27 in Tennessee or to Tennessee residents, you may be subject to the requirements contained therein, as well as any rules and/or policies promulgated there under.
  • Polygraph Examiner License Two (2) Year Renewal - Effective with the 2009 renewals Polygraph Examiners will be issued a two (2) year license.  Initial licenses will also be valid for two (2) years.
