Model Debt Management Policy

Pursuant to TCA 9-21-151(b)(1), the State Funding Board is authorized to develop model financial transaction policies for the State, State Agencies, local governments and local government instrumentalities. As Comptroller I have prepared a draft Model Policy and am seeking public comment before presenting the Model to the State Funding Board for its consideration. Additionally, I am continuing to ask for public comment concerning the development of model derivative management policies.
