Directions for Lat-Long-  N  35.9833  W -84.8243

Take exit 322 off of I-40 and turn north on Highway 101(Peavine Road) and drive 12.7 miles to Watson Road.  Turn right onto Watson Road and travel 0.6 miles to Hebbertsburg Road.  Turn right onto Hebbertsburg Road and travel 0.4 miles to East Keyes Road and turn right.  Fields and WMA property on the left and right side of East Keyes road.  Yellow paint marks the outside boundary of the WMA.

Take exit 329 off of I-40 and turn north onto Market Street and travel 0.3 miles to Main Street.   Turn left onto Main Street and travel 0.2 miles.  Turn right onto Hebbertsburg Road and travel 6.6miles to East Keyes Road. Turn left onto East Keyes Road.  Fields and WMA property on the left and right side of East Keyes road.  Yellow paint marks the outside boundary of the WMA.

Take exit 322 off of I-40 and turn north on Highway 101 (Peavine Road) and drive approximately 9.9 miles sign on the left side of the road, and hunting access on both sides of Peavine Road.

Cumberland county • 1,740 acres

Hooved animal riding, bicycling, and Off-Highway Vehicle (OHV) use are permitted only by individuals possessing a valid hunting and fishing license and WMA permit or a High Impact Habitat Conservation Permit.

Big game, small game, and trapping are the same as statewide seasons except as noted.  

Dog training - Sept. 1, 2023 - March 15, 2024.

Dogs are not permitted during the spring squirrel season.

Closed to quail hunting.

Site Description:    Keyes-Harrison is 1740 acres located in Cumberland County. It is comprised of mostly hardwood forests along ridgetops and steep drains. There are around 15 acres of fields managed for early successional vegetation that can be accessed via East Keyes Rd. 

Access is limited and there are many houses nearby, so make sure to have a map of the area prior to hunting.

Wildlife to Watch:  Wild TurkeyWhite-tailed Deersquirrel, rabbit, and other game species use this area and are often seen.
