Delta Regional Authority Grants

Delta Regional Authority Grants are administered through the ECD Grants and Loans Division. The program’s mission is to improve basic public infrastructure, transportation infrastructure, business development and job training in the 21 Tennessee counties in the Delta Region.

Who Qualifies?

All 21 West Tennessee counties qualify for DRA Grant money.


How Are The Funds Used?

Funds may be used for infrastructure improvement projects that aid job creation.


What Are The Terms?

The level of DRA assistance is limited to $200,000.

Go to the DRA website to get a copy of the pre-application.


When To Apply

Pre-applications are submitted to the local development district. Follow the timeline on the DRA website. The local development district will submit the pre-application to DRA and Grants and Loans.
