Coordinated School Health Coordinators serve as the sole person in a school system who understands the CSH vision and is responsible for implementing the CSH grant Scope of Services. This web site section is devoted to providing information and support to the CSH coordinators so that they can have the resources necessary to implement the CDC coordinated school health model with integrity.
