The School Health Profile, developed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), is a survey of the status of health education as reported by middle and high school principals and lead health education teachers.
The School Health Profile has been administered in Tennessee schools in 1996, 1998, 2000, 2002, 2004, 2006, 2008 and 2010.
