The Office of Fiscal Management Services provides local education agencies with their IDEA, Part B allocations on a yearly basis. The Fiscal Management Consultants provide technical and budget assistance to school systems with various special education reports. These reports include, but are not limited to, the Comprehensive Plan, Excess Cost Requests, Amendments, Addendums, Carry-Over requests, and Federal Completion Reports. They also assist in providing technical assistance for the competitive contracts that the Division awards to institutes of higher education and local education agencies and may attend IEP team meetings as requested by the school system or parent.
