The Energy Efficient Schools Initiative (EESI) was established by the Tennessee General Assembly in 2008 with $90 million.  Over $87 million has been approved for projects to improve the energy efficiency in Tennessee’s public K-12 schools. Click for more...





EESI News

The Council has now established minimum guidelines to apply for the Energy Management grants. These grants are not for capital equipment such as lighting or HVAC equipment. All K-12 public school districts are encouraged to participate to continue eligibility for the revolving loan dollars. Read more...
