Certification Statements for
ARRA
Funded SRF Projects
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has required Certification Statements (1511 Certification Statements) affirming appropriate use of taxpayer dollars to be posted to the department Web site.
These 1511 Certification Statements cover water and wastewater infrastructure investments financed through the Tennessee Clean Water State Revolving Fund and Tennessee Drinking Water State Revolving Fund and list the particular set of Loan Awards for approved ARRA funded SRF projects:
