The face of the workplace is changing and state government must change
with it. With the increase in telecommuting in the private sector,
Finance and Administration saw the need for creating a Work at Home policy.
In 1998, F&A launched a pilot project on the Work At Home program with
11 participants. The Work at Home program continues to grow as we identify
more areas in which this approach is appropriate and beneficial both to the
