Governor Bredesen to Kickoff “Read To A Child Month” with Imagination Library Program Improvement Announcement

Governor Phil Bredesen and First Lady Andrea Conte will join Governor’s Books from Birth Foundation President Jeff Conyers to announce statewide Imagination Library registration improvements Thursday at 9:15 a.m. Central Time at the Nashville Downtown Public Library. The event will take place in the Main Auditorium located on the first floor of the library.

Following the announcement, Governor Bredesen and First Lady Conte will read an Imagination Library book to children in the audience and enjoy the premier of the Dollywood Penguin Players’ Llama Llama Red Pajama theatrical performance of Imagination Library’s most popular book.
