Reminder to State Agencies

As a reminder, the State of Tennessee has contracted with Specialty Underwriters (SU) to offer a statewide Equipment Maintenance Management Program (EMMP) to reduce equipment maintenance expenses and better manage the service of our equipment (Statewide Contract # 303 - Contract # 22218). As a result, I would like to introduce all of you to Nicole O’Leary of Specialty Underwriters who will be contacting each of you in the very near future.

Under this program, Agencies are guaranteed a minimum discount of 30% off of your current select equipment maintenance agreements. In addition to the savings, this initiative allows the Agencies to retain their current service providers or to utilize an alternative vendor of their choice.

The contract is a four year statewide contract with three options to re-new. Currently the contract is in the second year and exercises each renewal on August 1st.
