Dedicated to operating, managing and maintaining the State’s real estate assets and needs in a manner that ensures a comfortable, safe, and secure working environment for State tenants, employees and guests. This includes asset management, capital improvements, operational administration, legal review, maintenance, landscaping and fire and life safety programs for a portfolio of 156 state – owned buildings located in all 95 counties. These include urban, suburban and rural office settings, as well as industrial facilities, land-specialized space, build-to-suit properties and high-rise office buildings.

Every new STREAM project focuses on accessibility to tenant constituents and their detail, energy savings and the consideration of the surrounding environment. With expertise across the broad spectrum of real estate products and services, STREAM personnel bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to overseeing the State’s real property assets, so State tenant clients are free to focus on their core businesses.

Town Hall for Upcoming Facilities Revolving Fund (FRF) Construction Projects Information Session

The State of Tennessee Real Estate Asset Management Group will be conducting an information session on May 9, 2012, from 1:00 – 2:00pm in the Tennessee Room of the William R. Snodgrass Tennessee Tower (312 Rosa L Parks Ave. Nashville, TN 37243). The purpose of this session will be to share information regarding upcoming Facilities Revolving Fund (FRF) capital projects that are anticipated to occur over the next 12-18 months.

In particular, information will be shared regarding the upcoming Design-Builder selection process for work to be performed as a part of Project T3 (Transforming Tennessee for Tomorrow). Timing for issuance of RFP’s, anticipated scope and scale of the overall project and how the work is anticipated to be divided between buildings that will be involved in the project will be discussed as a part of the presentation. In addition, time will be allocated for a Q&A session at the conclusion of the session.
