The Cordell Hull Complex, located in downtown Nashville, consists of three inter-connected buildings adjacent to the Capitol grounds. The imposing and historically significant John Sevier building is an outstanding example of the "New Deal" era style of government buildings constructed in the 1930’s under the auspices of the WPA.
