PUBLIC HEALTH ADVISORY CONCERNING FENTANYL AND FENTANYL-LACED SUBSTANCES

Public Comment/Public Input

Public Comment/Public Input

Each year, the Department of Health submits the annual Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Block Grant Application and Report to the federal Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). The document contains a description of activities planned for the application year, as well as a description of activities conducted during the report year.

One of the key requirements for the State is that the application is made “public to facilitate comment from any person during its development and after its transmittal.” In an effort to elicit feedback from the general public and from stakeholders, the draft version of the application/report is being made available for review.

Please use the links below to review the draft application/report. The application/report is a very large document; in order to help you find items that may be of particular interest to you or your organization, a “Quick Reference Guide” has been developed to cross-reference the various indicators and measures with specific topic areas or state departments/programs.

Once you have reviewed the materials, please take a brief moment and give us your feedback using this Survey Tool. Survey responses will be accepted through Friday, June 23, 2017.
