12.0	INCOME ELIGIBILITY DETERMINATION POLICY	Table of Contents
	All recipients of TCC, At-Risk, Low-Income, TPACC, and Diversion Payment child care assistance must be determined eligible under the established income limits using the gross household income amount. All sources of income available to all mandatory household members will be considered. (Refer to policies on Determining Family Household Size and Income Eligibility Determination). The gross household income from all countable sources will be verified prior to approval or continuation of benefits.
