INTERPRETIVE LANGUAGE SERVICES |

Each applicant for and recipient of child
care assistance who has limited English proficiency will have free
interpretive services provided her or him under the federal Office of Civil
Rights (OCR), Title VI of the 1964 Civil Rights Act. Persons with limited English proficiency
must have fair and equal access to interpretive services when securing child
care assistance. Language differences
between agency staff and persons will not be a barrier to those individuals
when receiving needed services. |
