All appropriate eligibility and case
management screens must be completed regarding the incapacitated individual’s circumstances, the
verifications obtained to substantiate the incapacity, information sent to
the MEU and MEU or appeal decisions that affect the determination of
incapacity. In addition, any extenuating
or pertinent information must be documented in the case management and
eligibility system. |
