31.28	FILING AN APPEAL	Table of Contents
	Instruct the complainant to complete Form HS-2634, Civil Rights Complaint Appeal. The local Title VI Coordinator must forward a copy of the complaint, the findings, the proposed action, and the request for an appeal to the DHS Title VI Coordinator within ten (10) calendar days after the date of the appeal.
