12.1	VOLUNTARY QUIT DETERMINATION	Food Stamp Table of Contents

1240-1-3-.46(1)	No individual who voluntarily quits his/her most recent job of at least 30 hours per week or voluntarily reduces his/her work hours to less than 30 hours per week will be eligible to participate in the Food Stamp Program, unless there is a good cause reason. When the household files an application, or when a participating household reports a job loss or reduction in the number of hours, the caseworker must determine whether this is a voluntary quit or voluntary reduction in hours.
