14.1	RESOURCE ELIGIBILITY STANDARDS	Food Stamp Table of Contents

1240-1-4-.02	Eligibility exists if the equity value of non-exempt resources, both liquid and non-liquid assets, for the household do not exceed: (1) Households containing an elderly or disabled member The resource limit is $3,000 for all food stamp households, regardless of the household size, containing: · an elderly or · a disabled member. (2) All other households The resource limit is $2,000 for all other food stamp households.	Glossary of Terms
