1240-1-4-.15(31)	The Housing and Community Development Act of 1992, Sec. 456(e) provides that payments made under this program are to be treated like Workforce Investment Act (WIA) payments. (a) On-The-Job Training Earnings for on-the-job training programs are excluded only for individuals under the age of 19 who are under the parental control of an adult household member. (b) Other Programs All income (earned or unearned) from the other Youthbuild Programs is excluded.	Glossary of Terms
