1240-1-5-.05(2)	When the pre-screener (Refer to Section 1240-1-5-.02) fails to identify a household as eligible for expedited service, and the eligibility counselor subsequently discovers that the household is entitled to expedited service, the household must receive benefits on or before the seventh day following the date of discovery.
