WORK REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS |

Household members who are applying for SSI and for food stamps under joint processing procedures must have the requirement for work registration waived until: (a) They are determined eligible for SSI and thereby become exempt from work registration; or (b) They are determined ineligible for SSI and where applicable, a determination of their work registration status is then made through recertification procedures in accordance with 1240-1-14 or through other means. |
