Human Services - Civil Rights Compliance

The Tennessee Department of Human Services prohibits discrimination in their programs and activities on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, religion, and political beliefs.

In accordance with Federal law and U. S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and U. S. Department of Health and Human Service (HHS) policy, this institution is prohibited from discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability. Under the Food Stamp Act and USDA policy, discriminating is prohibited also on the basis of religion or political beliefs.
