The Division of Administrative Services
- The Division of Administrative Services is primarily concerned with providing, securing or negotiating for the resources or services needed to manage and run the Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services and the regional mental health institutes. This includes the offices of Budget, Fiscal Services, Contract Services, Engineering, Information Technology Systems, General Services (Procurement of Supplies) and Special Projects.
