Submit a Payment Without a Tax Return

Through Revenue’s Website – Do you need to submit a standalone payment to the Department? The following Department of Revenue online filing websites allow you to submit the associated payment via electronic funds transfer or credit card.

ACH Debit Program Enrollment

Under this option, the taxpayer authorizes the state to electronically transfer tax payments from the taxpayer's bank account. The taxpayer must enroll for this service through Global Payment Systems. See below for more information and related documents.

ACH Credit

With ACH credit, the taxpayer initiates tax payments through the taxpayer's bank. The bank then electronically transmits the tax payment to the Department of Revenue.
