The interest rate on all taxes collected or administered by the Department of Revenue will be 9%, effective July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009. The interest rate for installment payments will be 12%, effective July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009.
Rates prior to July 1, 2008 are 12.25% on taxes collected and 14.25% on installment payments. |
