Vehicle Information Request
The Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act allows authorized persons to obtain certain vehicle information. A Vehicle Information Request is required in order to submit the request.

The following fee(s) must be paid by check or money order:
$1 - Computer Printout of Vehicle Record
$1.50 - Certified Computer Printout of Vehicle Record
$5 - Current Motor Vehicle Record
$15 - Complete History of Vehicle
