From Downtown Knoxville
Take I-40 East toward Ashville NC. Take Exit 398, Strawberry Plains. At the end of ramp turn right onto Strawberry Plains Pike. Once on Strawberry Plains Pike immediately turn left onto Region Lane and you will go for approximately 3/10s of a mile to the Driver Service Center. The Tennessee Dept. of Transportation is located next door.

From Sevier County
Take I-40 going west toward Nashville and Knoxville. Take Exit 398, Strawberry Plains. At the end of off ramp turn left onto Strawberry Plains Pike. Once on Strawberry Plains Pike you will go under the interstate. You will proceed till you see Region Lane on your left. Turn left onto Region Lane and you will go for approximately 3/10s of a mile to the Driver Service Center. The Tennessee Dept. of Transportation is located next door.
