This Driver Service Center provides only reinstatement services. Reinstatement services are for those customers whose driving privilege has either been revoked, suspended, or such action is pending.

- IMPORTANT: Closing times listed do not always reflect applicants will be accepted up to that time. It may be necessary to cease taking applicants earlier in order to complete processing by the end of the business day. For example: A Driver Service Center closing time may be listed as 5:00 p.m. but taking applicants may be stopped at 3:00 p.m. in order to process applicants by 5:00 p.m.
Directions
From Interstate 240 (same as Avron B. Fogleman Expressway)
Take 385 West (same as Bill Morris Parkway) till you reach the S Riverdale Rd exit. Turn left onto Riverdale Rd and proceed till you reach Winchester Rd. Turn right onto Winchester Rd. Proceed west on Winchester Road through Kirby Road. Hickory Ridge Mall will be on your left at the intersection of Hickory Hills Rd and Winchester Road.
From Downtown Memphis
Take Lamar Avenue going South (78) till you come to the intersection of Winchester Rd. Take left onto Winchester Road. You will go for approximately 3.7 miles and Hickory Ridge Mall will be on your right.
