• This database reflects all active or pending trademarks on file with the Tennessee Secretary of State as of three working days prior to today's date.
  
  
• All applicable data fields and/or the mark image for each mark may not currently be available on this database. However, each active mark should include information concerning the mark name, owner and expiration date and each pending mark should include information concerning the mark name and owner.
  
  
• Expired marks are removed from this database on a monthly basis.
