Pursuant to T.C.A. §3-6-114(b), lobbyists are required to attend one ethics course annually.

The last "live" lobbyist training session will take place on November 6th at 10 a.m. in Room 29 at the Legislative Plaza in Nashville. Please register by clicking the link below.

This is the last opportunity for "live" training in 2008. For those lobbyists who cannot attend or prefer to do so, the training requirement may be met by registering, paying the training fee, watching the archived lobbyist training video, and completing the verification of training form. 3/5/08 Pursuant to T.C.A. §3-6-305 (8)-(10), the gift threshold has been adjusted to $ 51 by the Commission to compensate for a 2.8 percent raise in the Consumer Price Index in 2007.
