Open to Tennessee local governments, archives, libraries, and historical societies for the acquisition of equipment, supplies, and furnishings to house, keep, preserve, and make available permanently-valuable local government records.

Open to any organization within Tennessee to preserve and provide access to Tennessee’s historical records, to educate and train records custodians, and to support archival program development and enhancement.
