Nashville, TN- The public version of the State’s complaint against Endo Pharmaceuticals has been released by Judge Kristi M. Davis in the Circuit Court of Knox County.

The 180-page complaint filed May 14th, 2019, details how Endo deceptively marketed its opioid products as being safer, more resistant to abuse, and more effective than others on the market.

Specifically, the lawsuit reveals how Endo’s marketing activities resulted in Tennessee having the highest prescription rates of Opana ER in the country resulting in a wave of addiction, death, and the spread of a rare blood disorder and Hepatitis C across the state.
