Complaints of discrimination in employment and/or delivery of services against a grant subrecipient of OCJP may be filed directly with the Department of Finance and Administration Civil Rights Coordinator, Lucian Geise.  F&A civil rights policy and complaint procedures are located here.  The complaint form is located here.

A complaint may also be filed with the Tennessee Human Rights Commission, U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission,  or with the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, Office for Civil Rights.
