Complaints of discrimination in employment and/or delivery of services against a grant subrecipient of OCJP may be filed directly with the Department of Finance and Administration Civil Rights Coordinator, Lucian Geise.  F&A civil rights policy and complaint procedures are located here.  The complaint form is located here.

A complaint may also be filed with the Attorney General's Office, U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission,  or with the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, Office for Civil Rights.
