Spenser Carder joined the Sports Wagering Council in April of 2022. Prior to joining SWC, Spenser served for Governor Lee’s Office, in Boards and Commissions and Constituent Services, and in the Tennessee Senate Clerk’s Office. Spenser is a graduate of Lipscomb University with a degree in Exercise Science.
