Tennessee Department of Correction Hosts Free Health Fair

MEMPHIS – On Wednesday, October 9, 2019, the Tennessee Department of Correction Community Resource Center and the Shelby County Office of Re-entry will be hosting a health fair from 12 p.m. - 3 p.m. at the Orange Mound Community Center located at 2572 Park Avenue.

The health fair is free and open to the public. Some of the services provided at the fair include HIV testing and information, blood pressure screenings, wellness and stress screenings, case management services, diabetes checks, chiropractic screenings, Hepatitis C information and mental health services, just to name a few.
