TDOC Hosts Free Community Health Fair

Nashville- On Thursday, December 12, 2019, the Tennessee Department of Correction Community Resource Center will host a health fair from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. located at 900 Madison Square in Madison, TN.

The health fair is free and open to the public.  Some of the services provided at the fair include blood pressure screenings, health screenings, nutrition information, self-care information, Hepatitis A screenings and vaccines, and heart screenings, just to name a few.
