Media Advisory

NASHVILLE – The death sentence of Nicholas Sutton was executed by means of electrocution on February 20, 2020 in accordance with the laws of the state of Tennessee.  The sentence was carried out at the Riverbend Maximum Security Institution in Nashville.  Mr. Sutton was pronounced dead at 7:26 p.m.
