Guidance on Facility-Based Day Compliance:

Recently there have been questions raised about the future of facility-based services and what constitutes “compliance” with respect to facility-based settings.  To help address these questions we created an overview document that summarizes key definitions and requirements from a variety of sources, all of which are linked at the end of the document.  We will also share this information at upcoming provider forums, which will be a great opportunity to ask questions.  If you have any questions or concerns, contact Kimberly.J.Black@tn.gov or Jeremy.Norden-Paul@tn.gov.
