Schedule for Governor Haslam's FY 2013-2014 Budget Hearings

NASHVILLE – Tennessee Gov. Bill Haslam will hold state budget hearings for Fiscal Year 2013-2014 on Tuesday, November 6 through Tuesday, November 13.
 
This year the hearings will be held in the Davidson Room on the third floor of the Tennessee Tower in Nashville. Haslam, Finance and Administration Commissioner Mark Emkes and David Thurman, the state budget director, will preside.
 
The proceedings may be viewed live online at www.tn.gov to give Tennesseans that are unable to attend accessibility to the budget discussions of each state agency.
MEDIA PARKING: Parking meters will be bagged south of the mid-block crosswalk on 7th Avenue North between Union Street and Charlotte Avenue. The six spaces are for out-of-town media and media vans parked for the hearings. Please limit it to one vehicle per outlet. Attendees are encouraged to use the third floor’s subterranean entrance on the same block.
