Overall February state revenues were $1.325 billion, which is 0.43 percent less than February 2023 and $59.9 million less than the budgeted estimate.

The rate is based on a ceiling of 4 percent over the weekly average prime loan rate of 8.50 percent as published by the Federal Reserve on March 11, 2024.
