Dove Health & Rehab Of Collierville Admissions Suspension Lifted

NASHVILLE – Tennessee Department of Health announces that the suspension of admissions at Dove Health & Rehab of Collierville has been lifted. The facility is a 88-bed licensed nursing home located at 490 West Poplar in Collierville. The Department confirmed the facility has returned to substantial compliance for state licensing purposes, and the deficient practices and conditions have been corrected as stated in the facility’s plan of correction, which was approved by federal and state authorities.

On May 8, the nursing home was ordered not to admit any new residents based on conditions found during a complaint investigation conducted April 29 through May 6. During the survey, surveyors found violations of the following standards: building and life safety.
