KNOX COUNTY, I-75 North and South between I-640 and Callahan Drive (Exit 110): (Recovery Act Project)  On Thursday night October 15, 2009 motorists should be alert for possible mobile lane closures and rolling road blocks on I-75 between I-640 and Callahan Drive between the hours of 8 p.m. (Southbound) 9 p.m. (Northbound) and 6 a.m. the following morning as crews install permanent pavement markings through this resurfacing project. If work is not completed on Thursday night, October 15, 2009, crews will resume work on Saturday night, October 17, 2009 between midnight and 8 a.m. Sunday morning, October 18, 2009.   Motorists should be alert potential long delays and use extreme caution through this area. 

KNOX COUNTY, I-40 East & West at West Hills (Exit 380): On Sunday night, October 18, 2009 thru Wednesday night, October 21, 2009 between the hours of 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning motorist should be alert for lane closures thru this area as crews perform roadway maintenance. Motorists should be alert potential long delays and use extreme caution through this area. Lane closures on Sunday night will begin at 6 p.m.
 
KNOX COUNTY, I-40 East & West between Papermill (Exit 383) & Walker Springs (Exit 379): On Monday night, October 19, 2009 thru Thursday night, October 22, 2009 between the hours of 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning motorist should be alert for lane closures thru this area as crews perform roadway maintenance. Motorists should be alert potential long delays and use extreme caution through this area. 
 
KNOX COUNTY, I-640 West Flyover Ramp to I-40 East: Beginning on Saturday, October 17, 2009, the flyover ramp from I-640 West to I-40 East will be reduced from two lanes to one around the clock as crews perform bridge repairs. Motorist should be alert for workers present and use extreme caution in this area. The estimated completion date for this project is November 15, 2009.
 
KNOX COUNTY, I-640 West between Millertown Pike (Exit 8) and I-275/75 interchange (Exit 3): On Tuesday night, October 20, 2009 beginning at 8 p.m. motorists should be alert for rolling roadblocks thru this area as crews perform attenuator repairs. During this time the ramp from Broadway to I-640 West will be temporarily closed. Motorist should be alert for sudden stops, expect potential delays, and use extreme caution in this area.

KNOX COUNTY, SR 131 (Emory Rd.) between US 25  (Clinton Hwy.) and Gill Rd: (Recovery Act Project) Motorists should be alert for flag persons directing traffic through this resurfacing project nightly between the hours of 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning. Motorists should be alert for slow and/or stopped traffic, workers present and use caution through this area.
 
KNOX COUNTY, SR 1 Kingston Pike over Norfolk Southern Railroad at Forrest Park Blvd: Kingston Pike is reduced to one lane in each direction with a center turn lane around the clock for bridge repairs. Motorists should use caution when traveling through this area.

KNOX COUNTY, Campbell Station Road between I-40 and Kingston Pike (SR 1):(Recovery Act Project) Motorists should be alert for construction activities and workers present through this widening project. Motorists should be alert for new traffic patterns and use caution through this area.

KNOX COUNTY, SR 131 Lovell Road between Gilbert Drive and Pellissippi Parkway: Motorists should be alert for workers present and flag persons directing traffic at various times through this project.
 
ANDERSON COUNTY, SR 61 Bridge over Poplar Creek in Oliver Springs:(Recovery Act Project) Motorists should be alert for temporary lane closures through this bridge widening project. Motorists should use caution through this area.

BLOUNT COUNTY, SR 335 Hunt Road at US 129 Alcoa Hwy: Beginning Monday, October 26, 2009 motorist should be alert for lane closures, with flag persons directing traffic, thru this area on Monday nights thru Thursday nights between 7 p.m. and 7 a.m. the following morning.   Motorist should be alert for workers present and use extreme caution thru this intersection improvement project.

CAMPBELL COUNTY, I-75 North between Mile Markers 142 and 145:On Thursday night, October 15, 2009, and Sunday night, October 18, 2009 through Thursday night, October 22, 2009 between the hours of 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning, motorists should be alert for a lane closure on I-75 North through this area as crews install longitudinal cable barrier. Motorists should be alert for workers present and use caution in this area.

CAMPBELL COUNTY, I-75 South between Mile Markers 144 and 147:On Thursday night, October 15, 2009, and Sunday night, October 18, 2009 through Thursday night, October 22, 2009 between the hours of 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning, motorists should be alert for a lane closure on I-75 North through this area as crews install longitudinal cable barrier. Motorists should be alert for workers present and use caution in this area.

CLAIBORNE & GRAINGER COUNTIES, US 25E (SR 32):Motorists should be alert for possible blasting operations occurring weekdays between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. This work will result in traffic stops during blasting operations and for cleanup afterwards. Motorists should expect potential long delays through this area. Motorists should be alert for lane shifts, flaggers, narrow lanes, possible falling rock, and use extreme caution through this area. WIDE LOADS OVER 12 FEET ARE NOT PERMITTED THROUGH THIS PROJECT.
 
GREENE COUNTY, SR 34 / US 11E underneath I-81:Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures and workers present in this area as crews perform overhead bridge repairs.
 
MONROE COUNTY, Belcher Gap Road over Notchy Creek: (Recovery Act Project) Belcher Gap Road is closed to thru traffic and motorists should follow signed detour route.
 
MONROE COUNTY, Griffith Branch Road over Notchy Creek: (Recovery Act Project) Griffith Branch Road is closed to thru traffic and motorists should follow signed detour route.
 
MORGAN COUNTY, SR 62 between SR 29/US 27 and Petit Lane:Motorists should use caution traveling through this area and be alert for changed conditions. Motorists should be alert for flag persons directing traffic at various times through this widening project. Motorists should be alert for new lane shifts through this area.

ROANE / ANDERSON COUNTY, SR 95 between Westover Drive and SR 62 Illinois Avenue:State Route 95 is reduced to one lane in each direction through this widening project. Motorists should be alert for workers present, changed conditions and use caution through this area.
 
SEVIER COUNTY, SR 66 in Sevierville between SR 338 (Boyds Creek) and Nichols St.: (Recovery Act Project) 
Motorists should be alert for lane shifts, narrowed lanes, and workers present through this widening project. Short duration traffic stops in both directions may occur daily through this project for blasting. Motorists should expect potential delays and use extreme caution traveling through this area.
 
SEVIER COUNTY, LeConte St. over West Prong of the Little Pigeon River in Gatlinburg: (Recovery Act Project) 
LeConte Street has been reduced to one lane controlled by a temporary traffic signal. Motorists should use extreme caution in this area.
 
SEVIER COUNTY, Roaring Fork Extension Rd. over Roaring Fork Creek in Gatlinburg: (Recovery Act Project) 
Motorists should be alert for construction and temporary detours in this area.
 
UNION COUNTY, Sharps Chapel Road between Lambdin Ridge Rd. and Brewer Hollow Rd.:  Motorist should be alert for flag persons directing traffic between Lambdin Ridge Rd. and Brewer Hollow Rd. at various times thru this bridge replacement project.
