changes and release date

INFO:    The Tennessee Department of Education has made fundamental changes
to the calculations of Value Added and Achievement scores for the 2009
Report Card. It is crucial that any reporter planning to cover the release of the 2009 Report Card participate in this briefing. This will be the only chance to ask detailed questions about the changes in advance of the Report Card release.
